Terms & Conditions

Cost will be discussed and agreed upon via email for jobs accepted. 

Payment can be made through wire transfer or PayPal.

50% of the cost must be paid to Heidi Ahmad (heidiGFX) in advance before she begins work on the project. Deposits are non-refundable. 

For larger projects a payment schedule may be required and this will be agreed upon via email in advance.

The product and its progress will be developed with the client until completion, during this stage the client will be presented with a watermarked low resolution version of the product.

The full resolution watermark-free product will be delivered after the final balance has been paid.

Heidi Ahmad (heidiGFX) retains the right to display the product and/or deliverables publicly on the internet or on any other medium for promotional purposes.

If any substantial changes or updates are required by the client after each stage of the illustration is approved, additional charges will occur.

Projects not suitable for family or with any form of nudity are rejected. Only clean projects can be accepted.

Projects that promote smoking, alcoholic beverages and recreational drugs are not accepted.
